Sushi Class with Chef Suda
Work alongside master chef Takeshi Suda to make high grade sushi with freshly caught fish from the Shonai Coast.
Through this class participants will make both nigiri and rolled sushi and will learn the intricate details of what goes into one of Japan’s most famous cuisine.
This class is guided with an english interpreter and no prior experiences is required to take part.
